It all started on October 3rd, 2008 when Jeanne woke up to go to work. Her morning seemed normal in every way. I "dropped in" at her workplace to surprise her with a coffee (hazelnut french vanilla, 2 Splenda w/ skim milk). We chatted for a couple of minutes. And then!
She got a call to come down to the front desk to pick up a package. I tagged along to see what it was. I had previously arranged with her boss that there would be someone on hand to take her position, leaving her free to have her big adventure!
She opened the plain brown wrapping to find a Tom Tom and a riddle with instructions to text the answer of the riddle to a special phone number. I've set up this website to receive her text messages and respond according to her guesses. If the answer to the riddle is correct, she received her next instructions, along with GPS coordinates to enter into the Tom Tom - and this website updated live with her progress for all of her secret fans to watch.
